Equipment Description
This is a vacuum media filter that combines a conveyor-type storage tank and a paper roll.
When the system pump is running, the dirty liquid in the storage tank passes through the paper roll, filtering out sludge and delivering clean liquid to the processing equipment via the pump.
Over time, the surface of the paper roll becomes contaminated with sludge, reducing the suction power of the system pump. When this occurs, a pressure sensor detects this and rotates the conveyor chain motor to transport the paper roll.
