Equipment Description
This is an automatic band filter using paper rolls.
Dirty liquid flows through a distribution port, and as it passes through the paper rolls,
sludge is filtered out, and the clean liquid flows into a storage tank.
Over time, the surface of the paper rolls becomes contaminated with sludge,
and the water level rises. A water level sensor detects this,
and the conveyor chain motor rotates.
The rotation of the conveyor chain discharges the contaminated paper rolls,
and the clean paper rolls are inserted, lowering the water level.
The water level sensor deactivates, and the conveyor chain motor stops.
