Equipment Description
This is an automatic belt filter using belt media.
When the pump is turned on and dirty liquid is transported to the upper chamber, sludge is filtered on the belt surface, and clean liquid is discharged through the lower chamber.
Over time, a layer of sludge forms on the belt surface, and the pressure inside the chamber rises.
When the pressure sensor detects pressure, the pump is stopped and compressed air is injected to dewater.
When the dewatering time is complete, the upper chamber is raised, and the chain motor is started to rotate the belt. The dewatered sludge cake is separated and discharged using a scraper, and the rotating belt is thoroughly cleaned using a cleaning nozzle.
Once the sludge discharge time is complete, the upper chamber is lowered, the pump is turned on, and filtration begins.
